Follow Your Heart Farm feels like a secluded retreat, but our location is convenient! We are located on the town line of Jericho and Essex, just one mile from Route 15 and only 30 minutes to the Burlington International Airport.

We can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Yes! You and your loved ones are welcome to stay on site. There are 6 bedrooms across 2 private apartments, and plenty of space to gather. Up to 16 guests can stay overnight.

Secure your day by signing your rental agreement and making your initial deposit of 50% of your invoice.

Yes, you are required to have Special Event Liability Insurance.

These policies are typically easy to obtain and affordable. Coverage can be purchased through your own insurance company or through a special “wedding insurance” company.

Proof of this Special Event Liability Insurance is required 30 days before your wedding.

We do not have any required vendors, and allow couples to select the team that best fits their vision and budget. We are more than happy to recommend vendors we have loved working with at the Farm!

Yes! Your weekend-long rental includes time to host an event before and/or after the main wedding. We are happy to arrange for extra nights of lodging as well if needed.

The weather in Vermont can be unpredictable! Our reception platform is covered by a tent and a ceremony can be held in that space. Depending on the size of the wedding, the large indoor spaces of the house could be used for an intimate ceremony. If weather looks to be a concern for your date, please know we’re here to help plan accordingly!

Dogs love our venue, and we love dogs! We require an additional $100 per dog using the house to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

Amplified music should end by 10pm.

We will hire portable toilets for events which are self-contained with their own water for hand washing. This is included in your wedding package at no additional cost. 

The venue offers parking for approximately 65 cars. We will provide parking attendants to assist with parking at every event. 10 additional car parks in front of the house are available for the wedding party and those with mobility issues.

Follow Your Heart Farm is a rural retreat. While most guests will enjoy the walk in the woods on stone paths, we have options for all of our guests to access a celebration. Guests with mobility issues can park directly at the house to be closer to the wedding.  The paths are rustic, but flat and wide enough for a wheelchair. In the house, there are ground floor bathrooms with no steps. Let us know your needs and we’ll help everyone access and enjoy the celebration!
